Mashobane Advisory Services was established with the goal of offering reliable, efficient, and cost-effective Company Secretariat services, with a strong focus on corporate governance. We also provide Corporate and Commercial legal services, and related services.
The company is made up of a team of reputable professionals that provide a full service offering. We also have a team of legal specialist that are just as passionate about Governance to ensure that companies adhere to best practice to achieve compliance and remain compliant. We have extensive experience gained in both the private and public sectors. We offer our clients a turnkey legal, governance, compliance, risk management and training solution.

Adv. Anastasia’s impressive academic credentials include degrees from the University of Pretoria (B. Juris, LL.B), an MDP from GIBS Business School, an Aviation Law Diploma from IATA Canada, and a Certificate in Editing and Proofreading from UCT.
Beyond her professional achievements, Adv. Anastasia is a devoted wife, mother of two, and a cherished member of a close-knit family of six siblings. Adv. Anastasia credits her mother for instilling in her the grit, tenacity, and strong work ethic that define her character.

She’s currently pursuing an LLM in Mercantile Law at the University of Pretoria.

Anastasia was a finalist for the Standard Bank Top Women Award in 2022 as the Top Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, and in 2024 in two categories, namely the Professional Services & Support category, and Top Woman-Owned Business SMME. She also won 2nd runners up at the WOZA Africa women in law awards 2022 for Best in Corporate Law (non practicing).

Anastasia’s professional journey is vast. She has served as assistant Company Secretary and Company Secretary for key organizations like the HPCSA, Hollard Insurance, and the Competition Commission of South Africa. Her roles have spanned group compliance and head of corporate services. This extensive experience allows her to provide insightful and practical legal counsel to her clients.

Adv. Anastasia’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish her own consultancy and law practice. This move reflects her dedication to serving clients on her own terms, leveraging her expertise to create a thriving legal practice.
